You can book an appointment online or by calling our friendly reception team. When booking an appointment please advise us if you require a specific service or you can book a number of different appointment types online via our online booking portal. If you feel your appointment may take longer than 15 minutes or you have a complex issue please book a long appointment. If you are running late or cannot attend your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. Late cancellations may incur a fee of $40 if we are not notified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment.
My Medicare is a new registration system that formalises your relationship with your regular GP. Having a regular GP has shown to improve health outcomes and patients are encouraged to register for this service via the following website: health.gov.au

We encourage you to book an appointment to discuss your results so that the doctor can answer any questions you may have. You will be notified via SMS when your results have been reviewed by the doctor. Due to confindentiality reasons the reception staff are unable to discuss results over the phone. Patients with access to MyDHR and MyHealthRecord may be able to access their results online.
We strive to ensure high quality care which involves regular medication reviews. If you require a repeat prescription we request that you book an appointment so that the doctor can discuss your medication and ensure it is meeting your needs.
A medical certificate is a legal document and therefore it is important to make an appointment on the day of illness. Medical certificates cannot be backdated and can only be issued if a GP is consulted
Please book an appointment if you require a referral. Doctors must ensure referrals are valid and up to date and therefore will need to review your referral request.

Please try and arrive 15 mins before your appointment to complete your registration forms. You will need to bring your Medicare card and a photo ID. A new patient consultation lasts up to 15 minutes however if you require a long appointment please contact our reception staff.
Telehealth appointments are all privately billed and are only available to patients who have been seen face to face in the practice within the last 12 months.
Worker’s Compensation appointments last up to 30 minutes. You will need to provide your claim reference number prior to the appointment. If this is not available you will be asked to pay out of pocket for the appointment, however you will be provided with invoices to claim this back from your insurance company.
